Due to the anticipated/effects of the winter storm and in the interest of patient and staff safety, some Highpoint Health facilities will be adjusting services and closing certain outpatients departments. 

• Outpatient departments at Highpoint Health - Sumner Station in Gallatin, including therapy, radiation oncology and imaging. 
• Wound care and cardiopulmonary rehab at Highpoint Health - Sumner in Gallatin. 

Decisions about the remainder of the week have not been made yet, and we will continue to assess weather conditions. Please check back for updated information. 

• All Highpoint Health Emergency Departments (open 24/7)
• Inpatient services
• Essential hospital operations

Patients with appointments at affected locations or surgical patients have been contacted directly to reschedule or assess. If you have questions about your appointment or would like to reschedule next week, please call the appropriate department. Centralized scheduling for the Highpoint facilities in Gallatin, Hartsville and Carthage will be available at 7am Monday for questions at 615.328.6500. 

At this time, we do not expect weather-related impacts on our southern hospitals, Highpoint Health - Winchester or Sewanee.
